Director, Clinical Operations

* Experienced leaders within Clinical Operations/Site Management & Monitoring environments

* A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from Luton office

Typical Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

* Minimum 4 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)

* Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching

* Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities

* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
