Key Responsibilities
* Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal teams and stakeholders.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
* Roadmap Development: Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs, ensuring timely delivery of features.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, validate product direction, and ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.
* Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and make informed decisions.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and iterative enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong understanding of product management principles.
* Solid experience in developing product strategies and managing product roadmaps.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experience in a technology company or in the development of digital products.
* Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and practices.
* Knowledge of product analytics tools and techniques.
* Experience with product lifecycle management tools.
