Turkey Country Manager - Crypto iGaming (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the Turkey market strategy, commercial roadmap and P&L.

* Drive growth in first-time depositors (FTDs), active players, GGR/NGR and customer lifetime value.

* Build and optimise acquisition channels across affiliates, influencers/KOLs, SEO, paid media, social and strategic partnerships.

* Develop relationships with key Turkish affiliates, streamers, media partners and gaming communities, negotiating competitive CPA, revenue-share and hybrid deals.

* Lead VIP, retention and reactivation strategies, including targeted campaigns to recover dormant and churned players.

* Work closely with CRM to improve conversion, retention, player activity and lifetime value.

* Define local brand positioning, promotions and campaigns based on Turkish player behaviour, preferred products, payment methods and crypto usage.

* Monitor competitors, identify new growth opportunities and optimise acquisition costs and ROI.

* Build and lead local commercial teams, including acquisition, affiliate, VIP, marketing and community functions as required.

* Collaborate with central marketing, CRM, product, payments, compliance and operations teams.

Requirements

* Strong experience in Turkey-facing online casino, sportsbook, crypto gaming or a closely related iGaming business.

* Proven track record of growing customer acquisition and revenue in the Turkish market.

* Experience managing VIP operations, retention, reactivation and high-value player relationships.

* Established network across Turkish affiliates, influencers, KOLs, streamers and gaming communities.

* Strong understanding of CPA, revenue share, CAC, LTV, churn, retention and player profitability.

* Experience managing acquisition budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

* Excellent commercial and analytical skills, with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.

* Native or near-native Turkish and strong English communication skills.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will have established a clear growth strategy, built a strong acquisition network, developed an effective VIP operation and implemented successful retention and reactivation initiatives.

Performance will be measured against profitable acquisition, FTDs, active players, VIP growth, retention, reactivation, GGR/NGR and overall market growth.

Compensation

A competitive and flexible package will be offered based on experience and seniority. A performance-based incentive scheme can also be considered, directly linked to the growth and profitability of the Turkish business.
