How You’ll Make an Impact
* Lead complex, end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, from planning and solution design through implementation and delivery.
* Advise senior customer stakeholders on planning strategies and translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
* Mentor consultants and architects, supporting knowledge sharing, capability development and consistent delivery quality.
* Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution definition, estimations, proposals and customer presentations.

Your Expertise
At least 8 years of SAP consulting experience, with deep SAP IBP and supply chain planning expertise, including leading complex implementations and designing integrated solutions.
* Experience advising senior and executive stakeholders, combined with strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Experience in mentoring consultants, supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to customer or portfolio development.
* Excellent German and English skills, with willingness to travel according to project and customer needs.
