Lead Commercial Litigator (Federal Practice) — Remote

The Role

This is a senior-level position for a litigator with approximately 10+ years of experience who is capable of independently managing and driving cases, including strategy, motion practice, discovery, and coordination with clients and co-counsel.

The position is remote, with travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and proceedings. The firm regularly works with local counsel for pro hac vice admissions in various jurisdictions.

This role is best suited for a litigator who enjoys hands-on practice, autonomy, and direct responsibility for case outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

* Approximately 10+ years of commercial litigation experience
* Federal court experience, including motion practice and case management
* Demonstrated ability to run cases independently
* Strong legal writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
* High degree of professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability
* Comfort operating in a remote, self-directed environment

Experience with general commercial or transactional matters is a plus, but not required.

We maintain high client service standards, including timely communication and responsiveness.

Additional Considerations

Candidates with an existing book of business are welcome. Compensation will be adjusted accordingly based on portable revenue and overall fit.
