What You Will Do

* Make short, friendly courtesy calls to customers who have recently signed up for EIN Presswire.
* Focus on creating a positive first impression and making customers feel welcome.
* Follow a simple, predefined call script to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
* Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful tone without selling, promoting products, or asking customers to take any action.
* Direct customers who have questions or need assistance to our Customer Support team.
* Maintain consistent call activity and accurate records of completed calls.
* Support the team with other sales-related tasks as needed.

What You Will Need

* Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
* Completed college or university education.
* Confidence on the phone and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with different types of customers.
* Patience, persistence, and the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
* Reliability, self-motivation, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
* A results-driven mindset and the desire to continuously improve your performance, challenge yourself, and exceed your personal best.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, telephone outreach, or a similar customer-facing role—particularly in a remote or international team—is a plus, but not required.
