Job Responsibilities:
* Investment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence.
* Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and manage M&A activities including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution. Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and valuation.

* Risk Management: Assess and manage investment risks, ensuring thorough risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
* Post-Investment Management: Oversee the performance of acquired assets and investments, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives.
* Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and direction to junior team members, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
* Fluency in both Chinese and English, excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proven experience in investment management, manage multiple projects, with a strong track record in M&A and project investment.
* In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, and post-investment management.
* Exceptional commercial insight and the ability to understand complex business environments.
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
