* Define enterprise storage standards and reference architectures across on-premise and cloud environments
* Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) storage architectures
* Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation programs and cloud storage adoption initiatives
* Drive storage modernization including NVMe, software-defined storage, and object storage solutions
* Manage capacity planning, cost optimization, and performance tuning initiatives

* Define and implement automation and self-service models using frameworks and APIs
* Own vendor evaluation, selection, and technology roadmap planning
* Ensure storage platforms meet security, compliance, and audit requirements
* Provide program-level leadership and engage key stakeholders across business and IT teams
* Guide best practices for operational excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 9–15+ years of experience in enterprise storage and VMware-based infrastructure environments
* Strong expertise in enterprise storage architecture and design
* Proven experience with hybrid and cloud storage platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
* Hands-on experience with software-defined storage technologies such as Ceph and VMware vSAN
* Strong understanding of HA/DR architectures and resiliency models
* Experience with automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and API-driven infrastructure
* Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness
* Experience with FinOps practices and cost optimization strategies
* Strong stakeholder management and program leadership skills
* Ability to lead modernization and transformation initiatives at enterprise scale
