This Role
Case Managers ensure cases move forward quickly and comprehensively. You’ll focus on the operational heart of pre-litigation—opening claims, managing medical record requests, securing police reports, and resolving lien issues—so attorneys can work with complete, timely information.
This role requires working Pacific Time (PT) business hours to support our West Coast clients and legal teams. Candidates may work remotely from other time zones but must be available during the required Pacific Time schedule.
What You'll Do:
* Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
* Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
* Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
* Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
* Identify and fix operational bottleneck.

You Might Be a Fit if You:
* Have 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling
* Are process-driven and detail-oriented
* Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys
* Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
* Are bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred, not required)
* Able to work Pacific Time hours
Compensation
$60,000 – $85,000 annual salary + equity
