Role Overview :
The Delivery Lead – Strategic Supplier Program is a versatile delivery resource deployed into shifting workstreams to provide hands-on execution support and resolve delivery bottlenecks. This role rotates across initiatives based on evolving program priorities, ensuring critical components are delivered on time within a large enterprise technology environment. The Delivery Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and preventing stalls in high-priority initiatives.

Key Responsibilities -
* Integrate seamlessly into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of specific project components within assigned workstreams.
* Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and business goals.
* Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
* Identify project blockers and resource constraints, and implement effective solutions.
* Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream objectives are met.
* Report progress, risks, and issues to program delivery leadership.
Required Qualifications -
* 10+ years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles.
* Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
* Demonstrated ability to assess project health and execute recovery plans.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
