Field Service Technician

Your main responsibilities will include:

After-Sales Service & Technical Interventions

* Carry out repairs, modifications and troubleshooting on existing storage installations.
* Coordinate on-site activities, acting as the main point of contact between customers and stow.
* Supervise additional contractors or installation teams when required.
* Prepare accurate technical intervention reports.
* Participate in the inspection and handover of completed works.

Installation & Commissioning

* Support the commissioning of new installations.
* Coordinate technical activities and contractors on site.
* Ensure installations meet technical specifications and quality standards.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.

Maintenance & Inspections

* Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with service agreements.
* Carry out technical product inspections and audits.
* Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

* More than qualifications, we value practical experience, technical expertise and the right attitude.
* Previous experience in field service, industrial maintenance or technical installations.
* Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
* Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or a similar discipline.
* Appropriate electrical safety qualifications or authorisations.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, including overnight stays when required.
