Digital Video Editor

What you'll do:

* Edit high-quality videos that align with each brand's style and tone of voice.
* Specialise in social media ads (UGC, motion graphics, high-production content).
* Optimise content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms to maximise engagement.
* Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively.
* Stay up to date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques.

Requirements

What you'll bring:

* Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce.
* Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; ability to use other video editing tools is a plus.
* A deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads and short-form video best practices.
* Proficiency in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions and colour grading.
* A self-motivated, proactive approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Full ownership of both your successes and failures, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
* A proactive, solution-oriented and adaptable approach, with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Confidence building long-term relationships, and the ability to self-manage and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
