🥜 In a nutshell
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be part of our Account Management team, supporting the management of a non-dedicated portfolio of VIP clients. You’ll help build strong, long-term relationships by providing proactive support, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in account management within the iGaming industry.
🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
* Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients
* Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
* Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
* Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
* Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations
* Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects
⚡ All you need is…
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
Nice to have
* Knowledge or background in the iGaming industry
* Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay), Thai or Mandarin
* Previous experience working with VIP/high-value clients
