What You'll Do
* Deliver outstanding in-home service experiences for customers
* Diagnose and repair major household appliances including:
* Refrigerators
* Washers & Dryers
* Gas & Electric Ranges
* Dishwashers
* Microwave Ovens
* Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration sealed systems
* Educate customers on repairs, maintenance, and recommendations
* Utilize mobile technology to manage work orders in a paperless environment
* Stay current with evolving appliance and smart-home technology
* Complete ongoing technical and manufacturer training
* Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a professional appearance
* Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience
What We're Looking For
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Experience with refrigeration sealed system repair
* Appliance repair experience preferred
* HVAC, electrical, or mechanical experience also considered
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage daily routes efficiently
* Willingness to continue learning and growing within the industry
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual skills are a plus
