From Anyone AI’s job post, as they wrote it.

About the opportunity

Anyone AI is seeking Chemistry Experts to develop challenging tasks that assess AI agents' ability to perform chemical reasoning — mechanisms, synthesis routes, and analytical interpretation. You will create original tasks and reference solutions, then evaluate frontier models using reaction schemes, spectra, and analytical data.

Company: Anyone AI Location: Remote Engagement: Project-based with flexible hours Compensation: US$80–US$150 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements

* Evaluate output for impossible mechanisms, unsafe procedures, and misread spectra.

* Identify chemically unsound reasoning and overlooked conditions.

* Define criteria for chemical correctness, feasibility, and safety.

Requirements

* Degree in chemistry or a related field, or equivalent lab expertise.

* Graduate-level chemistry background or equivalent hands-on laboratory experience.

* Comfortable across organic, inorganic, or physical chemistry.

* Experience interpreting spectra and evaluating synthetic routes.

* Fluent English, with strong written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

PhD or industry R&D experience; depth in analytical chemistry, spectroscopy, or complex synthesis.
