Greencross Client Services Vet Nurse

You will play an important role in helping pets access timely care while being supported by a collaborative team of experienced veterinary professionals.

About the Role:

Remuneration:
$32.70 per hour

Available Positions:

Part-Time Position

1pm - 6pm Monday to Friday

As part of the Greencross Client Services Team, you will:

* Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
* Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
* Support Greencross clinics nationwide
* Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
* Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Australia. For Sydney-based team members, our North Ryde Support Office is available should you wish to work from the office.

All equipment is provided. You will simply need a reliable internet connection, an ergonomic workstation, and a quiet workspace.

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

* Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
* Has a minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
* Is clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure
* Is confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
* Has experience using RxWorks
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
* Can follow detailed processes and procedures
* Works well independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team
* Has strong communication skills and genuinely enjoys helping pet owners
