Surgo is on the lookout for a driven and people-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting potential, and building a career in talent acquisition.
What you'll do:
* Source, headhunt and screen candidates across various platforms
* Conduct initial interviews and assessments
* Manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date

* Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes
* New business development
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, professional, and people-focused approach
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* High attention to detail
* Minimum of one year experience in an agency recruitment or sales environment
* HR administration exposure (a plus)
