Own day-to-day business management across the various trading desks, including preparation of reporting packs, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking
Coordinate with legal, compliance, risk, and finance teams on new trading initiatives
Manage relationships with exchanges, brokers, data providers, and external partners, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries and ongoing coordination.
Requirements:
Min 3-4 years of experience in a trading, strategy, project management, business management, or financial services role.
Working knowledge of at least one of the following: TradFi markets, crypto markets, prediction/event markets.
Demonstrable project and programme management skills — Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology. Familiar with SDLC and use of Jira.
