Senior Recruiter
Charlotte-NC based | 💼 Full-Time | 🎯 Growth Role
About Us:
Critical Fit Recruiting is coming off its best year ever — with record placements, deeper client relationships, and more opportunity than we’ve ever seen before.
As a result of this growth, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of search, client engagement, and candidate experience.
This is not a “post-and-pray” role — we want someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, dig deep into technical roles, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
* Conduct outbound recruiting (calls, emails, messaging) to technical and niche professionals
* Translate client intake calls into compelling outreach campaigns
* Present and pitch roles clearly and persuasively to candidates
* Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for client needs
* Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
* Represent our firm’s brand with clarity, energy, and professionalism
* (Optional, but valued): Help develop business and generate new client leads
🧠 What You Bring:
* 3–7+ years of agency recruiting experience (or hybrid in-house/agency)
* Strong experience with cold calling and outbound outreach
* Technical aptitude — you’re comfortable speaking to roles in engineering, chemicals, tech, or similar industries
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
* Strong communicator — written and verbal
* Entrepreneurial mindset — sees opportunity and runs toward it
