ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with structured information, data, documentation, and people. Previous project coordination experience is not essential – we are also open to candidates with experience in administration, coordination, data entry, customer support, or similar roles, as well as motivated graduates looking to start their professional career. The most important things for us are accuracy, responsibility, good organisation, clear communication, and the ability to keep information structured and up to date.
In this role, you will support our project teams with day-to-day administrative activities, maintain accurate project information across different systems and documents, and make sure relevant information reaches the right people on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support day-to-day project administration and coordination activities.
* Enter, update, and maintain project-related data across different systems, spreadsheets, and documents.
* Ensure information is accurate, complete, consistent, and up to date.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation and administrative records.
* Support basic reporting and data preparation.
* Follow up on missing information and ensure required updates are provided on time.
* Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and support other day-to-day organisational activities.
* Share relevant information and documentation with different stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Support basic project-related financial administration, such as checking and updating figures or costs.
* Help maintain structure across project documentation, tasks, and processes.
* Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to support smooth day-to-day project activities.
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in administration, coordination, data entry, customer support, office administration, project support, or a similar role would be an advantage, but is not essential.
* We are also open to recent graduates who are motivated to develop in an administrative/project support role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documentation.
* Responsible and organised approach to work.
* Ability to maintain structure and follow established processes.
* Good communication skills and confidence communicating with different stakeholders.
* Ability to follow up on tasks and information in a timely manner.
* Comfortable working with numbers and structured data.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage several tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
* Flexible and proactive approach to changing priorities.
* Good English skills, both written and spoken.
* German language skills would be considered an advantage.
WHAT WE OFFER
* Salary range: €1200 - €1400 (GROSS) / month.
* Learning opportunities with compensated certificates, learning lunches, and language lessons.
* Chance to switch projects after one year.
* Team building twice a year.
* Office in Vilnius, Lithuania that offers themed lunches and a pet-friendly environment.
* Remote work opportunities.
* Flexible time off depending on a project.
* Seasonal activities with colleagues.
* Additional health insurance and loyalty days for Lithuanian residents.
* Referral bonuses.
* Recognition of important occasions of your life.
