Remote
Fulltime – EST shift
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Proposal Writer (US Federal) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing. This role requires strong writing, research, and organizational skills to develop compelling proposals for government and commercial clients.

* Assist in writing proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

* Research and analyze solicitation requirements to ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to gather proposal content.
* Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and best practices documentation.
* Ensure clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness in proposal content.
* Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing (US Federal).
* Min 1 year of experience working with IT proposals.
* Strong understanding of the proposal development lifecycle, including compliance and formatting guidelines.
* Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
* Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise content.
* Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Familiarity with government contracting and proposal management tools is a plus.
