Social Media Specialist CZ/SK

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Social Media Specialist to join our XTB CZ & XTB SK team. The ideal candidate is an operational powerhouse who excels at implementing established strategies, following briefs, and efficiently delivering high-quality tasks in a fast-paced environment.
While we expect regular/mid-level experience in general social media management, it is a plus to possess strong visual feel, proficiency with Figma and AI tools, and willingness to learn and keep up with visual trends, alongside a strong technical command of our daily operational tools. Responsibilities:
Implement and execute the established local social media marketing strategy in strict alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. Take the lead on local visual execution. Create, modify, and edit high-quality social media assets, operating primarily in Figma. Efficiently manage daily operational tasks using Jira and oversee content scheduling/publishing via Kontentino. Swiftly adapt and publish globally created social media content from English into Czech, with strong copywriting skills and a keen language feel. Generate local content for XTB's CZ/SK channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and newly LinkedIn), encompassing copywriting, graphics, videos, and editing (utilizing Figma, and/or Adobe software). Manage the execution of YouTube activities and short video content with local analysts and sales team (recording, post-production, uploading, publishing). Maintain high flexibility to respond to urgent requests on short notice, including creating YouTube thumbnails on demand and providing support for various creative tasks. Work seamlessly with global teams (primarily SoMe and performance teams) and local analysts, executing tasks as requested. Monitor, measure, and report on social media performance using dedicated analytics and reporting tools (providing ad-hoc support for partnership performance evaluation as needed). Complete other operational duties and tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager, or other internal stakeholders

Requirements:
Regular/mid-level seniority in social media marketing, coupled with a strong visual sense and familiarity with modern design tools. Highly adaptable and execution-oriented. You are comfortable with shifting priorities, frequent last-minute requests, and rapid turnarounds. Mastery of Figma (this will be your primary design environment). Basic experience with Jira for task tracking (coordinated mainly via marketing management). Strong practical experience with Kontentino for content management. Proficiency and comfort using available generative AI tools. Fluent in Czech with strong English skills for adapting global content and communicating with global teams on a daily basis. Experience in the fintech environment is a strong plus. Ability to strictly follow legal and control department guidelines without deviation.
