Job description

From Valsoft Corporation’s job post, as they wrote it.

Positive Solutions Limited develops software used by community pharmacies across the UK, including the Analyst PMR Platform and our clinical services platform, HxConsult, and is seeking a Clinical Safety Officer to ensure our products are safe for the pharmacy teams who use them and the patients who rely on them. In this hands-on role, you’ll own clinical safety across an agreed portfolio of live and in-development products under DCB0129. Drawing on your community pharmacy experience, you’ll speak directly with customers about their workflows and safety concerns, and work closely with Product, Engineering and QA from discovery through to release. You’ll also support NHS assurance activity and provide supplier evidence to customers meeting their own DCB0160 responsibilities. You’ll be a clear communicator who can explain clinical risk, challenge decisions where evidence falls short, and help strengthen clinical safety practice across the product lifecycle.
