IT Support Technician, Corporate IT

* Experience deploying NinjaOne and Intune for device and application management.

* Maintain endpoint security policies using Microsoft Defender.

* Support and troubleshoot productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.

* Assist with the deployment and support of specialised software including AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

* Assist with service requests and incidents through Freshservice, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

* Perform software installations, updates, and patch management across desktop environments.

* Collaborate with other teams to implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.

* Train end users on best practices and new technologies.

* Contribute to compliance efforts.

* Document processes and maintain accurate records of desktop configurations and changes.

* Work in collaboration with the People Team to complete employee onboarding and offboarding events.
