Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer

* Build, train, test, and improve machine learning models
* Work with large datasets to create predictive and intelligent applications
* Develop AI-powered features, including automation, recommendation systems, forecasting, and generative AI solutions
* Integrate AI models into production environments and business applications
* Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
* Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability
* Support and mentor other engineers when needed

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles
* Strong Python programming skills
* Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
* Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models
* Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools
* Knowledge of SQL and data processing techniques
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
* Familiarity with Docker and modern software development practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
* Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks
* Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD practices
* Cloud or AI-related certifications
* Experience working with enterprise AI applications
