Role: Learning Architect
Location: Spain, Middle East, Remote
Required skills:
* 8+ years of experience managing customer-facing learning, enablement, customer success or consulting initiatives.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, education, learning or IT.
* Ability to develop learning strategies that support customer goals and business results.
* Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
* Experience collaborating across teams while managing multiple projects and priorities.
* Confidence leading customer meetings, business reviews and internal stakeholder discussions.
* Background in account management, learning or technology sales is a plus.
* Availability for occasional business travel.
