Internship

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. This internship provides an opportunity to learn about construction operations, project management, field activities, and the day-to-day processes that support successful projects.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well with others, and is interested in building a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist project teams with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

* Support project managers, superintendents, estimators, and other team members as needed.

* Assist with reviewing project documents, drawings, schedules, and reports.

* Help maintain accurate project records and documentation.

* Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to construction processes.

* Assist with tracking materials, equipment, schedules, and other project needs.

* Support field and office personnel with various tasks and projects.

* Learn and utilize construction-related software and technology.

* Follow company safety policies and procedures.

* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or coursework related to Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Safety, or a related field preferred.

* Strong interest in the construction industry.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

* Ability to maintain professionalism in both office and field environments.
