Lehrer Family Chiropractic is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Clinical Quality Analyst to support documentation review, quality assurance, and administrative compliance processes. This is a part-time remote opportunity for qualified candidates located within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
* Review clinical and administrative records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
* Conduct routine quality assurance audits and document findings
* Identify areas for workflow improvement and process efficiency
* Maintain accurate reports, logs, and internal documentation
* Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership as needed
* Support compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
* Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives
* Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, administration, or related field preferred
* 1+ year of experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, auditing, records review, or related work preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems
* Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Compensation & Schedule
* $55.00 – $62.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
* Part-time: 20–28 hours per week
* Monday through Friday
* Flexible daytime scheduling based on operational needs
Work Location & Eligibility
