Solution development: Map customer requirements to relevant ServiceNow capabilities and INRY offerings. Work with GTM, delivery, and technical teams to validate feasibility, dependencies, solution approach, and proposed outcomes. Proposals, estimates, and RFX responses: Build proposal presentations, solution descriptions, estimation sheets, and pricing inputs. Draft and coordinate clear, accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, confirming technical and delivery inputs and meeting submission timelines. Statements of Work: Develop or contribute to SOWs and related commercial documents, including scope, objectives, deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies; obtain the appropriate internal reviews. Customer presentations: Present proposed solutions and INRY capabilities to customers, explain the rationale and expected outcomes, respond to questions, and support customer planning and roadmap conversations. Maintain demo scripts and readiness for supported offerings; coordinate advanced demonstrations and proofs-of-concept with delivery or technical specialists, and contribute to PoC planning and execution. AI solution positioning: Identify relevant ServiceNow AI opportunities, including Now Assist and agentic AI; help frame customer use cases and business value, and coordinate AI demonstrations or PoCs with AI and technical specialists. Validate feasibility and make assumptions, dependencies, and included versus optional AI scope clear. Pod and team coordination: Support assigned GTM or sales-pod deal cadence, track actions and blockers, coordinate contributors, and keep internal stakeholders aligned on deliverables and due dates. SSI enablement: Share solution knowledge with colleagues and contribute to internal guidelines, training materials, case studies, and improvements to the team’s content library and presales process.
Qualifications and skills:
