Legal Counsel

Build and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks
Support compliance areas (data privacy, employment, cross-border basics)
Contribute to legal operations efficiency (standardization, speed, simplification)
What we are looking for?
0–2 years’ experience in corporate law (contracts-focused)
Graduate from a top-tier law school
Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles
Strong structured thinking and communication clarity
Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools
A qualified lawyer
Willingness to work out of office
US Citizen/GC holder
Good to have?
Experience in corporate law firms or in-house teams
Exposure to technology, consulting, or startup environments
Familiarity with cross-border contracts / global work
