Senior Benefits Analyst

* Partner with Payroll to ensure correct benefit deductions and timely retroactive adjustments.
* Build reporting and dashboards that track enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity.
* Drive data-informed process improvements while supporting audits, annual filings, and vendor performance reviews.

What experiences will help you in this role:
* 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
* Direct experience supporting equity compensation programs such as UARs, RSUs, and other equity plans.
* Advanced knowledge of benefits compliance and administration, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, plus hands-on experience with HRIS and benefits enrollment systems.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex data and deadlines while handling confidential information with integrity.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
