* Craft Efficient Rust Code: Help build highly optimized Rust applications for various Web3 projects, contributing to different stages of the development process.

* Unleash Scalability: Utilize libraries like axum, rocket, or hyper to construct highly scalable backend services.
* Master Async Rust: Leverage tokio or async-std to harness the power of asynchronous Rust features for lightning-fast performance.
* Ensure Code Quality: Write comprehensive unit tests and actively participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase that adheres to best practices.
* Embrace Web3 Learning: Proactively expand your knowledge of Web3 concepts and technologies, staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the decentralized landscape.

We're Seeking:

* Web3 Enthusiasm: Strong interest in Web3 and a passion for exploring the potential of these technologies to disrupt traditional systems.
* Database Familiarity: Experience with diesel or sqlx for database interactions.
