Base Salary: $4,500 USD per year + Performance-Based Commissions

About the Role
CK Funded is expanding its footprint across South Asia, and we're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Sri Lanka to lead our growth in the region. This is a competitive, commission-driven role for someone with a solid educational background, deep understanding of the trading/prop firm space, and a passion for driving measurable impact.

Youll be responsible for building strategic relationships, onboarding partners, and converting high-quality leads into long-term clients helping traders access capital and opportunity through CK Funded.
What You Will Do
* Develop and execute a business development plan tailored to the Sri Lankan and broader South Asian market
* Identify and onboard partners, affiliates, institutional traders, educators, and influencers in the trading space
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into active funded accounts
* Promote CK Funded unique value proposition through webinars, events, digital outreach, and in-person engagements
* Work closely with the marketing and product team to align BD strategy with market needs
* Provide feedback on market trends, product positioning, and competitor activity
* Track sales metrics and report on KPIs regularly
* Maintain high standards of communication, relationship management, and deal execution
* Represent CK Funded in a professional, trusted, and brand-aligned manner
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
* Professional fluency in English (Sinhala or Tamil is a plus)
* Knowledge of international trading markets, client acquisition strategies, and B2B/B2C channels
* Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting dashboards
* Certification in sales, finance, or trading-related education is a strong advantage
* Professionalism, accountability, and strong negotiation skills are a must
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
* Prior experience in a trading platform, prop firm, fintech, or forex company is required
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the financial or tech sector
* Experience handling cross-border clients and remote team collaboration
* Strong understanding of trader needs, account funding models, and market behavior
