Product Owner (Data Migration)

* Strong Agile product delivery experience, including ownership of user stories, backlog refinement, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning.
* Ability to partner with engineering and data teams to define mapping rules, transformation logic, validation requirements, reconciliation processes, and data quality expectations.
* Solid understanding of end-to-end migration activities, from initial data discovery and profiling through cleansing, transformation, conversion, testing, cutover, reconciliation, and post-migration validation.
* Skilled at turning technical findings and migration challenges into clear business requirements, decisions, and next steps.
* Experience coordinating across product, business, development, QA, architecture, and leadership teams to keep migration efforts aligned and progressing.
* Strong ability to identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and key decisions across large-scale implementation efforts.
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead discussions, clarify requirements, and drive agreement across multiple teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and migration topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
