Role responsibilities:
* NetSuite (ERP/CRM) Administration: Serve as the primary admin for NetSuite (client data and categorization, sales orders). Overall QA for NetSuite client info, handling all NetSuite pieces that cannot be automated based on media plans.
* Client Support & Comms: Participate in customer onboarding calls and other client-facing meetings in a “scribe” capacity. Triage client requests (payment, paperwork, notary needs) to Finance, Ops, Legal and other teams.

* Client Paperwork Organization: Keep all signed client paperwork and materials organized in Google Drive with a consistent taxonomy across all pods.
* Billing & Accounts Receivable Triage: Act as the primary liaison between Clients and Finance for resolving invoice disputes, prepay invoices and delayed payments, shielding CSMs from back-and-forth collection emails and constant inquiries from Growth team around invoices sent/paid.
Role requirements:
* Central and South America-based
* Fluent in English — must be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* Organized with extreme attention to detail
* Experience with Asana, Jira, monday.com or other task management software
* Experience in client-facing or project manager/coordinator roles is a huge advantage
