🎯 What you will be doing:
* Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience. 🤝
* Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help. 📝
* Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm. 💬
* Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions. 📋
* Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts. 📅
* Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support. 🔄
* Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork. 📑
Requirements
✅ Our ideal candidate
* Holds a bachelor’s degree. 🎓
* Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers. 💼
* Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency. 📆✉️
* Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred). 🏅
* Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
* Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills. 🏅
* Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. 🔒
* Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌍
* Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. 💻
