What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
Develop and optimize direct marketing campaigns across email, in-app, and SMS channels. Implement customer segmentation strategies to create personalized marketing initiatives for distinct audience groups. Develop effective and targeted written content in English for the Product Communication team. Stay informed on direct marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations. Collaborate with the Design team to ensure consistency across all communications. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas. Support company growth initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

We expect that you'll bring:
2+ years experience in direct marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for selling ideas through creative and innovative storytelling – writing samples are required. Experience in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Understanding of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies.
