Roles & Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on team effectiveness, organizational design, employee relations, and people decisions.
* Manage the benefits program day-to-day: open enrollment, carrier coordination, employee questions, a potential program migration and feedback loops
* Create lightweight systems and processes to implement across our client base to improve consistency while preserving speed and flexibility.

* Partner with leadership on headcount planning, organizational structure, and evolving team needs.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience building People programs in an early stage, high growth environment or consulting role where adaptability and execution mattered as much as expertise.
* Experience in SaaS, AI, healthcare tech and/or hardware tech industry
* A builder's mindset. You enjoy creating systems from scratch and improving them as the organization evolves.
* Strong HR business partnering skills and the ability to translate business goals into practical people strategies.
* Sound judgment when navigating sensitive employee situations, balancing empathy with accountability.
* Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without waiting for perfect information.
* A practical approach to People Operations that focuses on outcomes rather than process for process's sake.
* Familiarity with modern AI tools and a curiosity about how technology can improve internal workflows is a plus.
Employment Detail
* Full-time, 40+ hours/week position with flexible PTO
* Remote role - must be based in the U.S.; crisp and professional work-from-home setup is required
* Competitive compensation via base salary + quarterly revenue share
* Full professional fluency in English is required
