Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Senior Paid Media Specialist with 4–5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

This role is ideal for a results-driven performance marketer who understands how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business growth.

You'll take ownership of paid media strategy, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting, working with an ambitious team to drive conversions, maximize ROAS, and scale customer acquisition.

We're looking for someone who can do more than manage campaigns — we want someone who knows how to scale them profitably.

Key Responsibilities

* Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
* Campaign Management: Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
* Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets efficiently, allocating spend to maximize ROI and ROAS.
* Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, and conversion rates.
* Scaling Campaigns: Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
* Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and testing strategies.
* A/B Testing: Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
* Tracking & Analytics: Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
* Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
* Strategic Insights: Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data and market trends.

Requirements

* 4–5+ years of proven experience in paid media buying, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
* Advanced expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structures, audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
* Advanced expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and conversion optimization.
* Proven track record of managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
* Strong understanding of campaign profitability, ROAS, CPA, CAC, and customer acquisition strategies.
* Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
* Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
* Experience conducting A/B tests and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and take full ownership of performance.

Nice-to-Have

* Experience working with international clients, particularly in the US, UK, or Australian markets.
* Background in a performance marketing agency or high-growth business.
* Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, SaaS, or B2B advertising.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
* Experience with Looker Studio, Google Merchant Center, or advanced attribution platforms.
* Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications.
