* Handle litigation matters from strategy through resolution
* Serve as a trusted advisor, providing accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics
* Collaborate with leadership to develop efficient, proactive legal and defense strategies
* Apply sound risk management judgment and flag potential legal issues before they escalate
* Build strong working relationships with regulators, outside counsel, and public authorities through clear, professional communication and negotiation
* Draft and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents that protect the company's interests
* Take ownership of complex legal matters with integrity and accountability
* Stay current on legal and regulatory developments, and help strengthen the organization's overall legal knowledge base
