The Opportunity

We’re at the forefront of Total Monetization. The B2B SaaS world is undergoing change with different monetization models at play. Our Usage Solution is driving the next wave of growth.

You’ll tackle exciting challenges generating leads through paid campaigns in a new and upcoming category like usage based pricing.

This is a hybrid position, so you’ll work both remotely and in the office.

What you’ll do

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:

* Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies focused on building a steady pipeline.
* Create and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified demo requests.
* Optimize PPC landing pages to increase conversion rate.
* Run various experiments across landing pages and other assets that help us get the best ROI.
* Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve efficiency across reach, engagement, conversion, cost, and pipeline outcomes.
* Build repeatable campaign processes that make it easier to launch, learn, and scale programs across markets and segments.

Performance & Analytics:

* Track and analyze campaign metrics across the full funnel, from awareness to demo requests to closed deals.
* Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics like CAC, CPL, pipeline influence, and ROI across channels.
* Implement attribution modeling to understand the impact of paid campaigns on pipeline and revenue.
* Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
* Define hypotheses, success metrics, test designs, and learning plans before launching experiments.
* Document results and translate learning into improved campaign standards, landing-page recommendations, and repeatable growth practices.

About You

Your experience:

* 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS paid marketing, with demonstrated success in demand generation.
* Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other B2B platforms.
* Strong experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
* Understanding of B2B SaaS funnel dynamics, attribution, conversion optimization, audience strategy, and budget allocation.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
* Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to haves:

* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase).
* Prior experience in companies selling billing, pricing, or financial software.
* Ability to design adverts using Figma.

About the Team

How You’ll Work:

* You start with the business outcome and build the measurement plan backward from it.
* You are comfortable owning details while keeping sight of the broader pipeline and revenue objective.
* You make performance visible through clear reporting, honest analysis, and specific next steps.
* You work collaboratively with Sales and cross-functional partners, using shared definitions and feedback loops to improve outcomes.
* You bring structure to ambiguous problems and create repeatable processes where the team needs scale.
* You test thoughtfully, learn quickly, and distinguish between signal, noise, and a promising next experiment.
