Field Service Technician - Home Appliance & TV

* Maintain high standards of service quality, first-time fix performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage assigned service inventory and return defective parts as required.
* Participate in technical training programs and certification courses provided by Hisense.
* Follow all company service procedures, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

* Authorized to work in the United States.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a field service environment.
* EPA Certification and fridge sealed system repair ability.

* At least 3 years of experience repairing televisions, major appliances, or consumer electronics.
* Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, and electronic components are preferred.
* Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and service management applications.

*Compensation is based on location and experience.
