David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an international financial markets company offering trading in forex, crypto, stocks and gold that is seeking to onboard 2–3 junior Vietnamese speaking Business Development Executives to join their team in Vietnam.
The successful candidates will grow the company’s client base and support existing clients, working closely with the Marketing team to drive sales growth.

Position: Business Development Executive (Vietnamese)
Location: Vietnam
Work Model: Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and establish long-term client relationships
* Manage existing client accounts, maintain regular communication and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase revenue
* Present the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients, providing accurate information and explaining their features, benefits and value proposition
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their business objectives
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that generate leads, attract new clients and drive sales growth
* Follow up with prospective clients, respond to enquiries and support the conversion of leads into new business opportunities
* Monitor client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and service improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native fluency in Vietnamese and workable English
* Minimum 6–12 months of experience in sales or business development within an FX brokerage or financial services environment
* Basic understanding of Forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks and gold markets
* Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
* Confidence in presenting financial products and explaining their key features to prospective and existing clients
* Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
* Strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services
* Motivation to work towards sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
* Based in Vietnam
