Job description
From Brale’s job post, as they wrote it.
About Brale
Brale is the infrastructure layer that helps clients launch, manage, and use stablecoins in everyday applications. We support payments, embedded finance, and financial institutions running compliant stablecoin programs. We’ve built the trusted foundation for how businesses move, store, and use stablecoins at scale, and now we’re scaling it.
The Opportunity
Brale has established product-market fit. Now we’re turning that foundation into distinct product lines that make stablecoin infrastructure easier for businesses to adopt, use, and scale. You’ll lead product management through this next stage, shaping how our platform brings together stablecoin issuance, money movement, wallets, tokenization, and integrations.

You’ll drive hands-on execution: working directly with customers, building functional prototypes, and partnering closely with Engineering to turn ideas into shipped improvements. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll connect customer needs and company priorities to product decisions that drive adoption, revenue, and operating efficiency.
Alongside that work, you’ll lead and develop a small, high-leverage product team with clear ownership and measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape both the products we build and how we build them.
Your Mission
* Translate company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities into a strategic roadmap with explicit tradeoffs, clear ownership, and achievable sequencing.
* Stay close to customers and internal operators, turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements, and carry initiatives through launch, adoption, and iteration.
* Lead product work on pricing, packaging, and billing in partnership with Finance and commercial teams, connecting the value customers receive to what we sell and reliably bill.
* Improve the journey from initial interest to live usage across APIs, documentation, onboarding, integrations, and operational handoffs.
* Establish product measures and reporting that help customers and internal teams understand usage, performance, and outcomes.
* Partner with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to improve reserve-related workflows, reporting, and internal tooling, reducing manual work while preserving controls and reliability.
* Keep leadership and delivery teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, capacity, and risks. Surface decisions and blockers early through concise written updates.
* Set clear expectations, coach product managers, and recruit as needed while retaining direct ownership of important initiatives.
What Success Looks Like (6 Months)
* A focused roadmap with clear product ownership and explicit tradeoffs.
* Customer-facing improvements shipping rapidly, with measurable gains in adoption, revenue, or operating efficiency.
* Priority activation, billing, and operational friction materially reduced.
* A product team that owns decisions and delivery.
What You Bring
* 8+ years of product management with hands-on ownership of blockchain, B2B fintech, payments, or money movement infrastructure. You’ve shipped both blockchain and fiat money products and understand their intersecting customer, technical, and regulatory considerations.
* Comfortable working in code, using APIs, and building functional prototypes to validate ideas. Prior software engineering experience is a strong plus.
* A track record of turning ambiguous initiatives into shipped products with measurable customer or business impact, delivering small improvements and iterating on customer feedback and usage data.
* Ability to coach product teammates, establish clear ownership, and improve execution while continuing to own substantive product work yourself.
* Strong customer discovery and commercial judgment: distinguish individual requests from broader opportunities and connect product decisions to adoption, pricing, revenue, retention, or operating efficiency.
* Excellent written communication across decision memos, product briefs, requirements, and leadership updates. High agency, intellectual honesty, and a willingness to learn, make decisions with incomplete information, and revise them as evidence changes.
* Practical AI fluency for research, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, and execution, with sound judgment about verification and sensitive data.
* Bonus: experience with stablecoin issuance, custody, treasury, or reserve systems.
Ways of Working
* Partner directly with the CEO and COO and work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
* We’re an anti-deck culture. Decisions and updates happen in clear written artifacts in Notion, with direct access to leadership and regular in-person offsites.
* We ship small improvements daily and learn directly from customers. You’ll build to validate ideas, sweat the details of the customer experience, and partner with a CEO who is deeply involved in the product and code.
* Tools: Notion, Linear, and AI tools used practically to improve speed, quality, and leverage.
Why Brale
* Lead the product management function at a regulated fintech building the infrastructure for how stablecoins actually work.
* Shape both the customer experience and the operational systems that make programmable money reliable at scale.
* Work directly with experienced operators in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy, low-ego remote team.
* Build a product organization where success is measured by what customers can do and the outcomes we deliver, not the volume of process we create.
This is a US based role only.
