Aero Constructors LLC is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead field crews on tower construction, maintenance, lighting, antenna, and RF line projects. Work may include tower lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, mounting hardware, grounding, cabling, equipment installation, site maintenance, and related telecom infrastructure. * Any experience with microwave systems is highly preferred
* At least 5 years of experience in the cell tower industry
* At least 2 years of experience as a Top Hand, Tower Foreman, or similar crew-lead role

This experience is preferred, not required. Candidates with strong technical ability, leadership potential, safety awareness, and relevant telecom/tower experience may still be considered.

Travel Requirements

* Primarily day travel within assigned work areas
* Occasional overnight travel depending on job location
* Regional travel may include Nebraska, Wyoming, and surrounding areas
* Overnight travel may range from 2–5 nights per week during certain projects
