The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving the company's commercial strategy, supporting the team with leadership and guidance, and bringing in new opportunities through their own network and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals (hunters) to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share across sea, air, and land freight solutions.
* Drive new business development while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
* Support team members in client acquisition, pricing negotiations, and account management.
* Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to the team.
* Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
* Contribute to market intelligence by identifying industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager or leadership role within the freight or logistics sector.
* Proven track record in leading hunting sales teams and achieving sales targets.
* Strong network or portfolio of existing clients is a plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to inspire and drive performance in a results-oriented environment.
* Fluent in Thai and professional level English preferred.
