We are looking for an Associate Account Director for our client in BGC, Taguig
Role: Associate Account Director
Industry: Creative Agency
Location: BGC , Taguig
Set up: Hybrid (2-3x WFH)
Salary: up to 100k
Schedule: Mon to Fri, midshift

This role reports to the ASP Operating Unit Lead
Requirements
* Oversee the team in their day-to-day contact with agency/ client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments

* Coordination between Project/ Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client, and agencies
* Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
* Work closely with internal stakeholders
* Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the brand
* Highlight and escalate quality control issues
* Distribute contact reports and agendas
* Manage agreed budgets and administration
* Prepare accurate cost estimates against the Rate Card
* Accountable for all financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
* Proven ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve based on sound knowledge
Qualifications
* Experience working in a video, print, or digital production role essential
* Proven experience in primary and post-production (e.g. shoots, post-work process, etc.)
* Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
* High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
* Strong numeracy skills
* Prioritization, time management, and attention to detail
* Resilience and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, detail oriented, customer-focused, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
* Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service
