Responsibilities:
* Support the development team (translate documents; receive, translate requests from Japanese team and communicate for Vietnamese team.
* Communicate directly with Japanese Director, Web Director to determine their requirements for the project.
* Learn, interpret/translate terminology used in the IT industry.
* Read the requirements of the project and pass them on to the development team and translate project specification documents.

* Online meetings with the development team in Vietnam and the development team in Japan to discuss job content, technical solutions, and how to proceed with the project.
* Support to test products.
* Report to the manager.
Requirements:
* Japanese level (JLPT) N2 equivalent or higher.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE).
* Have knowledge of PHP, Javascript, Vuejs, no need hands-on coding experience.
* Experience in web app development for Japanese offshore projects.
* Ability to process information and identify problems quickly.
* Good communication skills.
* High sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
* Capable of providing ideas to improve work quality to managers.
