Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Management: Oversee all buyer/seller transactions from contract execution to closing.
* Document Preparation: Draft contracts/addendums, submit compliance docs, and manage digital signatures (Dotloop, DocuSign).
* Listing Coordination:
* Schedule appointments, prepare listing packets, and conduct CMA research.
* Upload listings to MLS/social media and coordinate photography/lockbox delivery.
* Logistics Coordination: Schedule inspections, repairs, showings, and open houses.
* Platform Management: Use SkySlope, Transaction Desk, and project management tools to track tasks.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.
* Post-Close Follow-Up: Collect client reviews and ensure smooth closing processes.
Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Flexible and self-motivated; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented.
