Hiring Position: Software Engineer (Application Support): Open to Thai Nationals Only
Working Condition: Hybrid Working (3 Days at Office and 2 Days from Anywhere OR WFA)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (BTS and MRT Accessible)
Pay Rate: THB 45000 to THB 70000 + Travel Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Shift Allowance

Scope of the Role:
As a Software Engineer (Application Support), you will take ownership of delivering exceptional service to our global customers in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries by resolving software-related issues and ensuring that the expected service level agreements (SLAs) are met using standardized procedures and processes.

Responsibilities:
* Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
* Diagnose and troubleshoot both functional and technical issues of the product, which may be related to other IT areas (e.g., network, OS)
* Ensure tickets are created, updated, and resolved within the SLA
* Liaise and collaborate with our global headquarters for knowledge transfer and process improvement activities
* Properly escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate internal or external teams following the workflow in a timely manner
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Knowledge of business process orientation
* Ability to write SQL queries in databases (Oracle, Postgres) and understand SQL scripts
* Ability to analyze OS (Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), application, and database logs
* Flexibility to work in different shifts and hours
* Proficiency in English is a must
Beneficial Experience:
* Experience working with applications such as MES and ERP
* Basic knowledge of Unix (Linux) command/shell scripts
* Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
* Basic knowledge of Docker Swarm
* Basic knowledge of Java programming
* Background experience as a Programmer Analyst, System Analyst, or System Architect
